This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to Ohara’s Terms of Service. Your use of ohara.ai and any personal information you provide on or through ohara.ai remains subject to this Privacy Policy and Ohara’s Terms of Service. 2. Information Ohara Receives from You
You provide certain personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) to Ohara when you register for an account or correspond with us. In addition, if you choose to purchase products or services from us, then Ohara will ask you for additional information including your credit card information and billing address. Ohara may also ask you for demographic information including your age, gender, preferences and interests.
Your Content may be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of the Services, or transmitted to other users of the Services or third parties. Your Content is posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we may limit access to certain pages and you may select certain privacy settings by logging into your account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Cookies Information. When you visit ohara.ai, we may send one or more cookies - a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Ohara uses both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the site. Clear Gifs Information. When you use ohara.ai, we may employ “clear gifs” (a.k.a. Web Beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our Users anonymously (i.e., in a non-personally-identifiable manner). In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our Users to track which emails are opened by recipients.
Third-Parties.
